Privacy Policy – How Faith Numbers Handles Your Data

Most privacy policies exist to soften what a website takes from you. Ours is short for the opposite reason: Faith Numbers is built to take almost nothing.

The Short Version

Four facts cover almost everything — the sections below simply explain each one.

Nothing You Type Is Stored

Names, dates, and numbers are used once to calculate your result — never written to a database.

No Accounts, Ever

There is nothing to sign up for, so we never ask for your email, password, or identity.

No Ads, No Data Selling

We measure overall traffic with Google Analytics, but run no ad networks, no social pixels — and sell nothing.

Only Essential Cookies

The site sets only the technical cookies it needs to function securely — nothing for advertising.

What Happens to What You Type

When you enter a date of birth, a name, or a number into any of our calculators, that input travels to our server, the calculation runs, and the result comes straight back to your screen. That is the complete journey. The input is not saved into any database, attached to any profile, or reused for any other purpose — our application simply has no storage built for it.

This also means your results are not remembered between visits. If you calculate the same number tomorrow, the site treats you as a brand-new visitor — by design.

Server Logs

Like virtually every website, the server that hosts Faith Numbers keeps standard technical access logs — things such as IP addresses, browser types, and the time a page was requested. These exist for security and to keep the site running reliably. We do not use them to identify visitors, build profiles, or analyze individual behavior, and they are routinely cleared by the hosting environment.

Cookies

Faith Numbers sets two kinds of cookies. First, the essential ones its framework requires — a session cookie and a security cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery; these contain no personal information and expire on their own. Second, Google Analytics cookies, used to count visits in aggregate. None of these cookies ever contain the names, dates, or numbers you type into the calculators, and there are no advertising or preference-tracking cookies of any kind.

Third-Party Services: Google Analytics

One third-party service runs on Faith Numbers: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It gives us aggregate numbers — which pages are read, which tools are used, roughly which regions visitors come from, and on what kinds of devices — so we can understand which guides actually help people. It never sees the names, dates, or numbers you type into the calculators; those travel only between your browser and our own server.

Everything else — fonts, stylesheets, scripts, and images — is served from our own server, with no other outside requests. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy, and you can block or clear analytics cookies through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools without losing any functionality on this site.

Children's Privacy

Faith Numbers is written for a general audience and collects personal data from no one — which means it also collects nothing from children. There are no accounts to create, no profiles to fill, and no messages exchanged through the tools.
